Guests may cancel their reservation according to the following terms. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the accommodation amount. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the accommodation amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable for the accommodation portion of the reservation. Any applicable service, processing, or other non-refundable fees will not be included in the refund. Guests are encouraged to review these cancellation terms carefully before completing their booking. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be reviewed by Stay Easy Rentals on a case-by-case basis.
